Not getting accepted into some major affiliate programs

I have a professional looking website with a lot of proper articles on it, but I have no traffic. That's because my site doesn't rank for any keywords (at least none with traffic), but it doesn't matter cause I'm using redirects through the site which go directly to affiliate links, and that has worked well for the programs I've gotten into. But I really need to figure out how to get into these few that are being difficult.

My content is relevant and the website looks good, so the one thing I think they're turning me down for is the lack of traffic according to Alexa. What would you guys recommend for getting into these programs??

Perhaps you could explain to them in detail about how you will generate traffic to their offers probably they might be able to reconsider your application

Btw have you tried asking the AM's in the current networks tour into about the offers that you looking to run?

To get accepted in many affiliate networks you need a decent amount of traffic.

Trust me nobody is looking at the Alexa rank, it is way too easy to manipulate it

Okay so one of you says I need decent traffic and one of you says nobody looks at Alexa. So if they aren’t looking at Alexa, how are they quickly determining my traffic?

A good Alexa rank can be faked. A poor Alexa rank cannot be actively faked.
If they look at your Alexa rank and it suggests high traffic, they may ignore it, because of the possibility of a fake. But if your Alexa rank suggests that you have low traffic, then they will assume that your traffic really is that low.

How old is your site?

Did you fill out the application choosing the site traffic stats?

Site is an old domain (same niche), ten years old or so.
