Use google dorks to find the pages of that site with upload forms. That site (gsu.edu ) is a Wordpress site and it uses a plugin for its forms called Formidable. Learn about Formidable plugin and its characteristics so that you will know what to dork. There are many pages in GSU.edu where you can upload your pdf, I googled it for you and here is one :

Yes, there are thousands of sites using Wordpress and Formidable plugin so you can easily harvest a lot of upload pages using Google dorks. And you are not limited to just Wordpress sites, you can also scrape upload pages from other platforms.

Please can any one find the one for wells.edu . The one I found is not working as the PDF doesn't show. The one I found on google search has different file path in URL
yes its way more difficult to find than it actually sounds....no google dork is showing results
