Taxation is theft

Some food for thought: Like every “taxation is theft” zealot, you probably get into arguments with pro-taxation people a lot. They’ll probably tell you that without taxes, there would be no X and Y and Z (I saw a few in this thread already) and that people who minimize or avoid taxation are criminals and a drag on the society.

Here is a fun thought experiment to gnaw at: If not paying taxes is like stealing from the society, who is actually stealing the most? Well, it is the people who don’t bother to create enough wealth to be taxed. They steal 2-fold because wealth is created by creating labor saving processes and devices (solving problems) so they don’t contribute neither with hyper-productivity nor with paid taxes. The end result is the same, society losing contributions that could be used to improve it.

Once you are done venting and want to actually solve your tax problem (if you even have one), do some research, go to tax attorney, make optimization plan. The best among them involve moving to a country with little to no taxes but first-world infrastructure. Skip Monaco, look into Dubai, but if you wish to stay within your own cultural bubble, you have some options in east Asia and in east Europe too, albeit not with zero % effective taxes. All depends on what type of income you are generating, there may be good options for you in places that officially are not very tax-friendly but offer special exemptions on certain sources of income.

I was on a different “marketing” forum long time ago that was in my native language. There were many pro-taxation “marketers” there that would scorn anyone who raised any question about legitimacy of taxation. Fast-forward a few years, several of them went into politics (you know which side) and never achieved anything in the business sector. It is easy to advocate for high taxation when you have no intention ever paying them.

Yes, it is more to score the political goal, force increasing the cost and keeping public at bay.
Same with Bullet train project. Misinformation on upcoming Central Vista project and Statue that this guy has mentioning multiple times. Vista is to save approx 1000cr/year on rent, management and a lot of time, where Statue has already generated employment for over 50k people around it.

These are not justifications but facts.

1000 cr rent to whom ? parliment is a rented building ?

No parliament building is not a rented place.

A new parliament building is required because, the total Lok Sabha will increase to 800 in coming years from the current number of 543. The old building is not sufficient for this.

Total number of employees in central ministries is 51000, where the existing space is only for 40000. Hence for other 11000, different offices are rented, for which govt. pays rent. Many of these employees are in VIP category, due to which traffic of city to be kept on hold during their movement. This waste time of general public and officers moving between offices.

Plus, the construction of the project will give employment to thousands!

Go read more details on the official site...

Anyway i just asked a question from the information you have posted if you believe this true its upto you man ,everyone choose to believe in what they think is right !

Without tax:

1) No roads
2) No bridges
3) No waterways
4) No public education (howsoever bad it is)
5) No public healthcare
6) 10000 more things like that

:D Why don't you start living in some pirate land that loves these 0 tax ideas?
You realize that much of the tax revenue goes to waste right? I guess you've never been involved in a government tender.

I believe this is your 3rd account here. The other two are

@yellowsnowman

You've deleted your main account and have got your second account banned for inane threads. There might be other alt accounts of yours which I might be not aware of.

I'm aware of your tactics that you'd create fatuous threads and subtly seep in your hatred and frustration against India and its government. I pray for your frustrated soul that you've turned this into your obsessive activism.

All the people talking about public money used for school, roads, healthcare, when the FED is literally printing money lmao

Well, you can always move to a tax-free (or at least almost tax-free country). There are many options available.

Tax also is a mechanism put in the place for unequal distribution of wealth, yes, wealth is not equally divided even after tax but if we remove tax from the equation the gap will become large like so large that money will sound like a useless concept. (This is only valid for income tax i guess i am dumb so let me know)

My government pays large amount of tax as a interest of loan I am sure your government has lean too, every government has loan but who gives that loan? I am sorry to bring an unrelated issue i was looking the spending of government and what % of G's income is our Tax.

I would agree a lot of tax money is wasted on stupid things such as in my local area they paid £2million to stop water falling on people heads but in general tax is needed to pay for general things in an area or country without taxes not much would happen overall except you would have some sort of gang be in charge people or something similar.
