Subtitle Generator for YouTube?

Does anyone know if there is a website to upload a video to and get an SRT file back to upload to YouTube?

I have found sites that charge per minute of video but I don’t think that’s worth it to me. I’m honestly just trying to get it done for free so that I can increase watch time but I don’t make enough money from YT yet for it to be worth it to pay like $10 a video for subtitles.

What changed? Just checked trending page for newly uploaded and still see this

Is it possible to get the generator> I also need this types of software to apply with my youtube channel.
