That looks like a text file full of generic spam spintax comments to be used by a bot to flood comments.
"Hi Dear, thank you for your video"
Is that what you used because you keep saying "don't spam and be creative".
I thought maybe it was just example but it has keto comments which is what you said you targeted.

Yes, that is what I used, probably if you add more imagination and content to it, results would be better than mine.
Spam is when you post keto related comments under other diet or fitness videos. or even outside of health niche. If you comment keto related stuff under keto related videos, it does not look so bad.
Some channel owners started to engage with comments, so obviously they did not think its a spam.
There are three parts of comment, all of them gets put together to generate a good looking comment.

it's when your only thing you host on that domain is index.html file that contains iframe element that is made to fit the full screen of the browser window.
