Even from what you quoted, it's clear that I don't deny the upgradability and user serviceability issues with apple devices. Apple is always trying hard to make you buy their latest hardware stuff. A mac mini for example isn't that highly priced (compared to a macbook) and it does not matter to me if I have to exchange this hardware after 4 years perhaps. I have friends who have been using macs for more than 5 years, and did not have any issues whatsoever. I guess it varies user to user. Yes I wish the macs were more user serviceable. You probably can still change your macOS to linux (google it, lots of tutorials are available), but upgrading the hardware isn't easy (specially the new macs with everything soldered on board).

Yes I'm currently considering the Linux. But first I'm waiting for Apple's opinion about my problems.
