Sounds like you are not very familiar with this type of stuff,the coin tools link would probably be best for you, it charges 1.3 BNB to deploy your coin onto the BSC mainnet, after that you can list on pancakeswap, but you will have to provide liquidity with your own money, so that people can buy and sell your coin. he means launching shitcoin to scam people.
it's pretty easy, there are readymade tools online that you find with a simple search.
if you have some knowledge to create contracts then it's free, if you have no knowledge of contracts then you can pay 200-300$ and you can use a tool to create you one. that's it.

Not sure, but when I deployed it, It charged me somewhat less.

Update: I just watched a few vids and made a simple token, deployed it on BSC, costed 0.004 BNB only, guess it was that site that charged so much lol.
