The easier it gets to operate them, the famous they become.
The more famous they get, the faster they come under Instagram's radar and shut down or either Instagram gets rid of them with another security update.
Either way, they stop working and that's exactly what happened to the majority of the Instagram automation web-based tools.
While getting a VPS, proxies and finding/creating the right tool can be a task but that will perform much better in the long run and give you better results.

Macroassist Automation Labs has tutorials online to teach you how to automate Instagram functions. It requires some work but it’s a lot easier than learning how to code.
