That's not enough to judge the quality of a backlink.
You should ask yourself
How much traffic does the site generate, how is the website itself, the blogs, posts, articles, pages?
Are they flooded with ads, outbound links? Are the content readable, does it look creditable?
How do their backlink profile looks...domain history...

You should ask yourself
How much traffic does the site generate, how is the website itself, the blogs, posts, articles, pages?
Are they flooded with ads, outbound links? Are the content readable, does it look creditable?
