How to Rank Pages in Using Non-Local Links?

Hello Guys,

Here i had a small doubt, I got one netherland project, I have to make backlinks for that website Here i have two doubts

1) He need his keywords to rank in Dutche language Only
2) If i get the backlinks from Other country site, the rankings will be show on netherland (I mean did the other country links have any effect)

1) You need to target the dutch language.
2) Yes, other country links have an effect, it's all about on site's Domain Authority. it should be good.

on 2, yes absolutely. IP address of your backlinks should be mostly from the country that you want to get ranked in.

if a competitor of yours has most of his backlinks from Holland, then he will have a much easier time ranking from another site who has less % ratio of his backlinks from holland.

to see what i am talking about, go to semrush, and pick a site that is ranked at the top for a difficult keyword. go to country widget and you will see % of backlinks form dif countries
for example: https://www.semrush.com/analytics/backlinks/refdomains/?q=blackhatworld.com&searchType=domain / you will see the country widget here.
