but is there any other website that you know? which is stronger and can help us easily rank on google.

That example sub domain might be pumping lots of links to rank.

You can try using WordPress, User-friendly and easily customizable.
A website builder won't help you to improve ranking instead add more useful content frequently which may get real traffic from Google by default.

Agree with @MisterXYZ page builder doesn't rank websites. Some might hurt by slowing down the site and/or by causing technical issues but surely they are not ranking factor.
Really depends what features you want on the website. I am using elementor pro. It gives all the feature a page builder can give. Although you will learn somethings pagebuilder just can't do and you will need plugin or custom code. Anyways, elementor pro is not free but @Festinger gives it out free from time to time , so check him out or follow him.
