Best way to buy crypto outside exchanges in India

Since exchanges of india are not accepting deposit since 2 days, any idea where else can I buy some?

Some member here had given some website links to bitcoin market place but that thread was deleted so don't have any idea right now.

How do other indians are buying crypto?

There is pros and cons. If you want fast, and cheap. find direct seller and contact them manually, but you risk getting scammed.

Even I tried to buy USD on wazirx but it was not working yest. I also read ICICI bank is going to stop all crypto transactions.

I think you should wait for your verification process to complete on binance. I don't know of a better way currently. Binance p2p works pretty good by the way. That's how I buy too.

Update - Wazirx has started accepting INR for crypto

Also, ICICI bank has banned money transfer to crypto exchanges.
