Thats a stretch to say the least. My product & sales page were both written 100% from scratch. Can you say that?

By the way, I've been really torn on the pricing. I've been thinking of bumping it up to $37 dollars or dropping it to $27 but I can't decide. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Pricing is a funny thing - to low and people think it might be a waste of money and to high a bit risky...

$37 sounds fair when compared to other CB products in similar niches. If sales don't take off, I would personally try increasing the price into the upper 40's before going lower in price.

Hyperlite did launch 3 months prior to Scar Secrets. I personally think Hyperlite would be best taking this issue up with CB instead of on the Forum here.

After all if CB bans Scar Secrets (which has a very high refund %) then it does not matter how many people see Scar Secrets on here if they can't sell it.

Thanks for the suggestion. I split tested between $27 and $37 and found $37 to be much more profitable. I never tried going up into the 40's though. I feel like $37 is fair but may consider it later on.

I'm happy to say that I just got my first affiliate sale since I updated the sales page and it only took 8 hops! I think thats a good thing, ha.

I've been getting a lot of PM's about keywords for this product so I'm just going to post some here:

scar remover
acne scar removal
acne scar remedies
reduce scarring
how to remove a scar
scar removal products
....

There are a ton more, they are basically write a good article and you're on page 1 keywords. You can find more just by using the google keyword tool and entering "scar removal" and "scar treatment".

I will add a bunch more to the affiliate page later today. Thanks guys!

I wouldn't be so sure. I am on page 1 for several of those terms and it wasn't hard at all. Thats actually how I discovered this niche. I made a short squidoo lense and got top 3 for a fairly high traffic keyword (its on that list). I didn't do any SEO or link building at all.

There may be a lot of results but hardly any of them do any SEO and are super easy to outrank. There are a bunch more keywords on the affiliate page too if you don't like those ones.

Its painful to spend months building up a product & website only to have someone copy paste it for their own financial gain. I knew this day would come, I just didnt think it would be so blatant.

if you're certain that the content in your book is not a rehash of publicly available suggestions, methods and articles etc..
go ahead and send a take down notice to Clickbank. You yourself or your legal rep. can do that.

after that if the competitor(s) is sure enough that he has no liability he will counteract and reinitiate his account. it's equally easy to persuade clickbank in favor of both sides, clickbank is not making a decision here just following the guidelines.

then you have all the freedom on earth to take this matter to court justice, file a copyright infiringement lawsuit.

though when things get serious, you wil have to deal with fda regulations and/or you will have to prove that scar treatment, in your case, is not associated with health problems in general.

the possible methods you suggest in your book may lead to overuse of certain cosmetic products with certain active ingredients which may have lead or already lead to possible health issues.

and yet i havent come to your infirengement claim as a plaintiff which bases the lawsuit. you will have to prove that material in your book is genuine, never publicly accessed via any communication medium, radio, internet,tv etc... you name it. if defender achives to prove that your content has been widely known in public domain before your release, you're screwed, literally.

if you fail to show proof or even worse mislead the court without solid arguments backing your copyright infringement claims, case will be dissmissed and you wil be the one paying legal fees for both sides.
and this failed lawsuit will base a new lawsuit on your alleged offenders behalf, redeeming discretionary damages .

you dare to face these consequences or not ; people including me will buy your product, get a refund for it, read through key points, rehash it, make it better, pimp it better and get moniez way more than you do.
