best places to lease IP blocks?

Hey! Does anyone know a place to lease Sprint,Comcast,Verizon etc. IP blocks/ subnets?

without there port numbers for the ip blocks the ip ranges
would be pretty useless . and ive port scanned since 2002

ISPs won't lease you their IPs. You will have to get them from ARIN/APNIC, or lease them from datacentres that have a lot to spare that they don't hope to use for another year or so.

Some of the ones the OP mentioned do lease IPs but the size of the IP subnet will depend for what you need them for and who you are (as in what type of business, how large of a business and etc)

You would need to get business class service from Comcast. Or rent rack space from them in their colocation center.
