Adsense Germany no more payoneer account

Hi,
i live in morocco and i got a recent Adsense Account based on germany already got the pin verification on germany but failed to get confirmation for the bank account, i was supposed to use my payoneer wirecard germany account but unfortunately the verification failed, the transfered amount in euro was canceled by payoneer, i contacted the payoneer support they say that they stopped using germany euro account. even if i got an iban account based based on germany i cannot use it anymore to receive payment , and they suggest me a new euro account but based on ireland.

the problem is i got some money stuck on Adsense and i cannot transfer it to any other account not based on germany.
is there any alternative to payoneer to get germany based bank account for non resident, alrealdy tried n24 and deutscheskonto with no luck i must be europe resident to create an account and i'm based on africa.

Bad news for you, payoneer was the easiest part to get money using German IBAN without KYC verification "know your customer"

For an alternative, you need another payment method, but as i know they all need verification KYC steps and they accept only EU countries resident.

So what you should do know to avoid extra loses, is to create or buy a verified adsense acct in your country and start using it for your next payment.

Then for the funds stuck in that German acct N26 provide a german IBAN, also there's more that can be suggested by other members

The bad thing is, you must be a EU resident to open an account.

Try Transferwise, they have German IBAN, you need to verify your account first
Load funds 20 euro + upload documents "work for Morocco"

Thanks for your help, unfortunately transferwise got only belgium IBAN already contacted the support this is the only partener which they work with

After 26 May payoneer will close the account with iban Germany, has opened an account in Ireland for Euro, but adsense no Germany does not accept how we can make a solution please all write payoneer for this problem.

This seems like the only viable solution I've found on this page so far. I have more than 2K Euro stuck on my Germany Adsense too, and sadly, I do not own a European citizen ID.
