Yes! you've to take care of IP's as well to avoid foot prints

if you're trying to create your own PBN (CMS+ expired domain),
nothing to worry about for your IP,

what you should do is to get different IPs for each of these PBN websites by using different cheap hosts or some good PBN hosting (most of them are trash, but a couple should work well)

Your own IP doesn't really matter. What matters is the IPs of the hosting of your domains (you want to avoid any footprints).
