what is the best type of proxy?

I want to use a proxy server for everything and i do not want websites and apps to know that i am using a proxy server.
so I have been doing some research about proxies,asking here and there...
some people say get dedicated residential ip proxy and some other say 4G mobile proxies are the best ones.
why should I choose one if they both give you the same thing(residential ips)? what are the difference between these two? In what circumstances do you prefer one over the other? with which one websites and apps won’t detect you as someone who is using a proxy?

mostly i want to create new accounts with fake personal details for netflix,paypal,ebay,amazon web service,google voice... and you should know if if these websites find out that you are using a proxy they will block you.i know 4G mobile proxies and dedicated residential ip proxies are good for these kind of things but i wanna which one is stronger and with which one you will never get blocked for using a proxy?and again In what circumstances do you prefer one over the other?

The best is based on your use case. But Mobile proxies are harder to get banned. Cause the carriers user GNAT and share one public IP with a lot of there customer requests.
