It seems the problem with ranking, is that even with good content, and good SEO, if a video has less than 100 views, it will always get drowned out and pushed down the ranking and people won't even see it.
On the other hand, if buying subs and or views helped, it could help push up the search results or possibly ranking and then people would be able to find the video.
The problem is there is conflicting advice here.

What if I buy subs and views and I don't get banned, but than my views never increase? I think I have seen this happen before. YouTube will freeze the view count and even if real users viewed the video, the view count won't increase.

I don't understand why people refer to Picoworkers like they are all the same. One seller on Picoworker could be using bot, another could be using real organics subs.
But surely YouTube has an algorithm in place to prevent this method from working. It is SO EASY to program that.
Simply, check if a person has gained 1000 subscribers instantly, than for sure ban or don't allow monetization.
Even if the Picoworker seller was doing 100 subs every hour, that is too uniform, too obvious to be organic.
Real subscribers, without the use of Picoworker, would probably be something like, "first day at a random hour, 5 subs", 2 hours after on the same day 1 sub. Than no subs for the rest of the day. Perhaps next day only 2 subs in total. Maybe on 3rd and 4th day, at varying hours 20 subs. Perhaps on the 5th day at random hours, dispersed throughout the day getting a total of 53 subs. But you get the idea. Any UNIFORM, bot like behaviour can be detected. And I didn't even mention the IP address. If subs/views are all coming from the same IP address, it will be detected. Also a sudden spike in views and subs for no apparent reason can be detected.
If any YT subs/views sellers on Picoworker, are operating such a service and they don't know what they are doing, they can seriously ruin the buyers channel. The buyer could get banned, or permanently put on a blacklist for monetization.
It happened to me once with Flippa. I immediately got banned and now I can't even use Flippa anymore.
If any Picoworker/Fiverr seller ruins the buyers chances like this in ignorance and stupidity, they should be prepared to face the conquences and get their Picoworker/Fiverr account annihilated. The buyer assumes that the seller knows what they are doing.

I haven't really tried buying subs and watch hours for monetization coz Im hesitant. What if youtube wont approve it due to the traffic source which is direct/unknown then my money would go to waste. I know there are tons of people been approved but its still like 5 or 10% gamble right?

Wouldn't it make more sense to get followers on Twitter, FB, Instagram and then use that to spread the YouTube videos?
So perhaps there are services that you can pay to basically have real people added to your Twitter account. Or real people added to FB friends list. And same with Instagram.

Like lets say you purchase 100k bots and you only get 1-2k views, that's bad algo right there for you. So better off buying Google Ads views for example. and you'd get subs out of them for sure, because they're real views.
