Does it help to create a backlink on my sub page as well?

I am creating a backlink only on the main website.

There are 3 menus except for the main menu.

Would it be more helpful to properly create backlinks for all my menus?

from what ive read on here most people suggest doing links to info articles and using a link silo approach to spread the power. Other have said to get 70/30 mix of homepage links to inner page links for blogs and 90/10 for ecom.

Menu links have lower weight from my experience.

Nothing beats contextual link.
