Use the same WP theme for many niches

I have created a niche of a theme that from minute 1 has positioned and received traffic very quickly.
In view of the fact that it has worked with little competition, I have created 2 niches, with the same theme, same css classes and attacking the same KWs but with different content.
However, these two niches hardly even index.
Is it possible that google takes these two websites as a copy of the first?

if you are using basic wp theme and gutenberg, why dont you switch up to another theme and not worry about any sort of footprints.

also are your sites hosted on the same place?

I do not think there is any issue with this approach.
