I spoke to someone who works for a charity. she told me last week they estimate up to 40% of redundancies in the UK last year were done wrong and could be classed as unfair dismissal.

Are you seriously comparing being unfairly targeted to lose your job in the midst of a pandemic to being banned from a forum? Just because I come from a different ethnic background than she does, am older than the rest of the team, gave her no right to unfairly dismiss me.

And she was stupid enough to put it down in an email to her boss the reason she didn't like working with someone from my background, and then forget to delete it. The tribunal judge wasn't very impressed.

No mate, I can feel you. It's not easy to deal with anything bad, even tiny damage is painful.

Could be anybody's scenario, and the best thing you can do is become your own boss in terms of everything, including water, electricity and so on, to reduce % of being in similar or any bad situation.


Also, it's always better to think about your action with cold head. You just got hyped up and happy, wanted to celeb/share/talk with BHW fam, that's all wonderful (indeed)

Just try to dominate anger and you will have better decisions and you will be the master of yourself.
