Got my revenge today

So in April 2020, myself and 4 others were made redundant from the company we worked at. On speaking to a lawyer it turned out it was actually unfair dismissal, and not redundancy.

Our manager got rid of the 5 oldest members of the team, who were the best performing, earning bonuses, but also earning the most. She decided to keep all the youngest, earning half of what we were earning. She didn’t have any reasons for marking our score the lowest.

After 11 years in the company, I got a redundancy package of about £20 000.

I was then unemployed for 9 months. I spoke to my lawyer a week after my last day, and he advised me to take the company to the employment tribunal, which I did and I won!

The judge awarded me a year’s salary, plus a bonus I would have got if they didn’t dismiss me unfairly. So all in all, I received a bank deposit today of £59 105!

Today my revenge started....

I signed my ex-manager up to Adultwork, VivaStreet and a few other online classified sites.
I put both her work phone, private phone and email address as contacts. Put some sexy photos up, very revealing...
Also had very cheap prices on there.

Apparently she had to switch off all her communications by midday as she was swamped with phone calls asking when is she available...

Lol I guess that's a good reason not to jerk others around for no reason. They may do things like this.. :D

Was this really necessary lol? OP you received 60k pounds to your bank acc and first thing you do is create fake profiles of ex-manager on adult websites :D:D Wtf.

Maybe she kept the young ones because they were more "performing" for her. Hehehehe :P
 
I understand there was some frustration, but don't understand why is not expired till now.

Anyway, this pretty much looks like bragging, kid stuff for one grown man.


For example, BHW staff can delete my account today. I don't have to break any rules and I can even earn a title of a scammer.

So, you get the point, the world is not same for everyone. Be happy you got that cash, very happy, your revenge is already final.

Are you seriously comparing being unfairly targeted to lose your job in the midst of a pandemic to being banned from a forum? Just because I come from a different ethnic background than she does, am older than the rest of the team, gave her no right to unfairly dismiss me.

And she was stupid enough to put it down in an email to her boss the reason she didn't like working with someone from my background, and then forget to delete it. The tribunal judge wasn't very impressed.
