Mention In Instagram Live Video Without Being Live

From last 3-4 days i am getting a notification x person mention you in their live , But When i click on that notification, The person who mentioned me is not live. Anybody Knows What's Going on or which services they are using.



I am attaching this so you can help out

No, I am damn sure they are using some kind of service they are not even coming live trust me.

i have checked lots of accounts that mentioned they are growing like hell. As i checked their accounts they have only posted 50- 60 posts and 2-3 months old instagram account have more than 100k follower.
the best part is this engagement is real trust me.

This looks like it could be the culprit, ill have to look through the code and see if it's possible with this tool.
