Anyone doing that? Sounds like it's the best way to secure your coins.

It's really between Trezor and Ledger these days right? I mean, those are considered the most secure. If you don't lose your keys.

Has anyone here tried both? Any preference? I'm buying one, just which one am I getting?

I'm pulling some of my coins from Coinbase. Anything online can and will get hacked at some point.

I was thinking of going Trezor and doing that Shamir Backup method.

Thoughts? Y'all prefer Trezor or ledger? Or another wallet?

:)

I have a ledger nano.
I only use it when I have BTC that I am holding. It works well for peace of mind for me.
If I have small amount I normally keep them in my binance wallet. I feel safe with them there.

Also you get keys for hardware wallet anyway in case you do lose it.

I use Coinbase, and I know its secure but still - nothing really is on the internet. So I don't trust hot wallets. But I also don't trust myself to never misplace any of the keys etc. So yeah. Just the thought that u can't recover shit is slightly unsettling.
