question about tier backlnks?

hello guys i have some doubts:

1) wich backlinks i should use for tier 1? i know i sould use pbn about the same niche, but what about parasites contextual links?

for tier1 he should have a range from 70da to 99?

2)for tier 2 under 70? and only profile backlinks? wiki and pdf?

3) and about anchor text i should always use on the backlink?

There are no set rules, shoulds and shouldn'ts.

Tier 1 should be high quality ones, well made PBNs, insertions, guest posts are typical examples and nothing wrong with profiles either. social fortress as it is called is advised for EAT.

but what about parasites contextual links?

Parasites are usually spammed so I would rather not link to money site from them.

For Tier2 go with quality Contextual links from Web2.0s & make them index to pass the link juice.

Building Tier 1 to your money site requires good quality articles to the best article directories. When you are doing web 2.0, prepare for a small website like Blogger, wordpress.com, one edu links, tumblr blogs, weebly blog post, Hubpage and so on. you can try tier 1 for guest posting and tier 2 as customize links which boost site. if you want tier 3, you can try from less quality site.

Tier 1 links always should have HG content and relevant posts and when focusing that DA has to be 50 above that works, anchors should be selected based on many analysis like search volume ,competitor analysis and so.,.

ok so for tier 1 i should make my own pbn and usi multi tier list to increase his da and pa for ex da50 + is good enough?
ok, now my pbn should be niche based or can be generic?
his domain should be old?
now about my money site i need low quantity backlinks(pbn i talked before) to only my web page i need to rank?
but doing this i risk to stay with a money site with low da?
