Are you using clean, dedicated Vietnam proxies for this? Bad IPs are one of the causes for verification steps to be triggered.

Did you register the FB account via their mobile app? I believe that if you use a PC browser, they will block your account. I've tried with both TOR and ISP before and all of them are blocked. The odd is, when I registered my mother's FB account via her Android phone, it was approved. FB doesn't even ask for her phone number.

I think FB wants to fingerprint your device, like your phone model, brand, wifi info to make sure that you didn't abuse their system.

Most of the Times I tried with Pc I tried with the Facebook lite app with Nord VPN but even the verification page to verify mail or number not open it goes to the checkout instantly
