Payment Gateway for SMM

What is the best payment gateway to use for an SMM website? I don't care about disputed payments, I just want to make litigation from the Social Media sites as hard as possible. Would love to use something Russian or similar that does not give a fuck unless it's a government agency messaging them.

Ideally, for the customer, the process would be similar to stripe and easy woo commerce integration would be nice.

Litigation really matters mostly with your residence, no?
You can get a Russian processor but if you’re in the EU for example that’s not hidden and easily seen that it’s you, and you’ll be liable if they prosecute.
You’d pretty much have to go with a dark setup or use another step in between to be anonymous I imagine

no governement will put down a payment processor (except if they help to sell highly illegal products..SMM is not), the police is more Visa/Mastercard
Apparently, Payop started to reject SMM applications
If you go with Russian/Chinese providers, be careful to negotiate quick settlements to not lose your funds
