What is the Trust Wallet ID verification process for US citizens?

I was thinking about throwing a little money at these shit coins. Apparently the most popular way to buy is with BNB through Trust Wallet and Pancake swap.

So I sign up at Binance figuring that is where you buy BNB. Well these fuckers want your full SS#, name, address, phone, photo of the front and back of your ID card and even a picture of your face.

So I do all that shit and then they want proof of address as well... WTF! Phone bill, utility bill or bank statement. I don't have a bank account and I gave up my apartment and moved in with my girlfriend like 15 years ago. All the utilities are in her name.

So I guess I'm screwed there unless I could do a little selective editing before sending one of my GF's bills. But I don't really wanna go that route. I wish they only required a stool sample as I would be more than happy to shit in a box and send it to them.

OK, sorry for the little rant there. But anyways I saw online that you can buy BNB directly on Trust Wallet with a credit card so BOOM problem solved, I thought.

But after a little more research I see Trust Wallet is now owned by Binance. So I'm just wondering if I'll have to jump through the same hoops just sign up there and then get ask for proof of address. Could not find any definite answers online.

So has anyone from the US signed up on TW recently and can tell me the verification process? Also have you bought BNB directly on TW?

Thanks in advance and sorry for the long post for a simple question. But I am new to this shit so maybe can get a few more answers in the thread to help me and other members.

what shittoken you want to buy? you can also buy USDT from like coinbase etc than use USDT to exchange for bnb than send it to your trust wallet.

I don't really have any coin in mind right now. I'm just trying to get my head wrapped around how it all works.

I do have a coinbase account now (fully verified) but my main question is does Trust Wallet require the same verification as Binance. If I have to send proof of address just to send or receive coins in TW then I'll probably have to look for an alternative.

I did send a statement to Binance a little bit ago but I doubt it will pass muster cause it is from a prepaid card that I used to get my paycheck deposited. These fuckers won't even accept a W-2 form as proof of address.

If Trust Wallet is that strict I probably can't use them.

Thanks for the reply.

You have coinbase. It's enough.
Buy stellar (xlm) on Coinbase, then instantly send it to Binance (Mobile only verfied acc) no need for ID, etc.
Once XLM arrives on Binance, convert it to BUSD, then convert to BNB. Then send the BNB to Trust wallet and convert it to BNB Chain.

So Buy XLM on Coinbase --> Send XLM to Binance Phone Verfied (NO ID ACC) --> Convert XLM to BUSD --> CONVERT BUSD to BNB --> SEND TO TRUST WALLET --> FROM TRUST WALLET CONVERT BNB TO BSC --> PANCAKESWAP

EDIT:

The other option is to use crypto.com they only ask for driver's license and selfie and do the same.

There is no verification you can’t convert anything in the Wallet to dollars so no kyc

Sounds simple enough....Not! :) But I think I can figure it out and I really appreciate the reply.

Forgive me for being a noob but what about fees? Will sending from coinbase to binance and then to trust wallet incur fees? Or will the conversion from XLM to the end result BSC cost fees on each conversion...or both?

Again sorry for the questions but that will help me to know what I am getting into. I'm not betting money I can't lose but I kinda don't wanna spend 10 bucks to get 3 dollars in a shit coin that goes nowhere anyways. So if you could kinda elaborate on at what point during the exchanges fees would kick in I would be much obliged.

Thanks for your reply and your time.

You are very courageous to give all your personal informations plus photo to these foreign private companies guys.
I used to trade on binance in the past but now I stopped due to their ridiculous kyc.
