Without sounding harsh, you clearly have zero idea about SEO, so you either need to learn or buy links.
The thing is Nancy, because people see your threads asking for advice, some might be tempted to sell you garbage knowing you have no idea as to what you're buying.

Excuse me. Yes, I am a digital marketer. But doesn't mean that I can not ask my queries. I have all the rights to ask queries. I want to enhance my knowledge of SEO. So, what's a big deal, if I ask some questions. I want to hear different opinions from different SEO experts to update my knowledge. And by the way, there are many ways to generate backlinks and it is possible that you might not know some ways to get backlinks and even I. So, It is really very helpful to share the knowledge of each other. Don't pass this kind of nonsense comments again. If you don't want to enhance your knowledge, then its on you. But don't interrupt me by passing this kind of reply. If you don't like it, don't reply to my threads again.

just like Mister F said, without sounding harsh you need to familiarize yourself with the concept of SEO and then you will know where to get backlinks from because you will know which backlinks are good for SEO and which aren't. But this is still a very general answer to your even more general question.
To be more specific (albeit still not very helpful since your question is not very specific, either) I will say that you can get backlinks from any website that lets you do it, free or paid. It's as simple as that, in SEO's most basic form.

Do NOT go to Fiverr and order tons of backlinks from blog comments and forum profiles. Do NOT use SENUKEX or Xrumer or Scrapebox to blast website backlinks to your home page. This is as FAST way to deindex and potentially get your website banned from the internet.

You can find a lot of Backlink Opportunities online through a couple of Google Searches, however, they might not be the best quality links.
You do have the option of purchasing links such as PBN Links, Guest Posts etc, but they require you to have a budget, which you may not have!
Try looking on YouTube at Chris Palmer's link content, he usually shows some pretty useful stuff. Good luck

You can order them from the marketplace = invest money.
You can learn some other ways to get them for free or with minimal investment = invest your time.
