Paypal SSN verified stealth accounts

Hey guys,

to get a PayPal cash account you need to verify your SSN in the US, now I saw that people are selling fully verified PayPal accounts (with SSN!) online.

How? You can't make up a fake SSN it won't go through. Are these people who have hacked someone's account? No, it would get shut down by PayPal as soon as the original owner contacts PayPal about having been hacked.

So how are they doing it? Where do they get these SSN numbers from?

For the record, I ll use my own SSN on my own PayPal account and call it a day, but I can't help but be curious how on earth these people do that? And I have to say, it does get me slightly worried about typing in my SSN.

Let's say someone buys such a fully verified PayPal account. That would enable said person to add cash at the store straight to the account and use it for online payments, etc. Which is basically money laundering without even having to launder it. Obviously I am missing something??!

I figure it would have to be real info for it to pass PayPals security, especially when signing up for a cash plus account which is what I am referring to. Cuz that account allows you to drop cash into PayPal directly.

Now, where do they get that "real info" is what I am curious about.

So I just sent my information to convert my PayPal into a cash plus account, and not only did I have to type in my SSN, I had to send a picture of my ID plus a PICTURE of my SSN document.

So these "verified PayPal Account providers", how the fuck do they get all the required documents? They're obviously not hacking these accounts, they're making them from scratch.


Did they figure out some way to generate fake SSN's or make these documents, or are we talking about identity theft here?

I am genuinely curious.

I don't think it's a good idea to deal with such stuff especially if it relates to SSN. There is something unethical (Okish) and there is something illegal (strictly NO).

If anyone is using someone else SSN, that's like inviting trouble from law & order. Stay away.

They just use randomly generated SSNs and send fake documents showing the same info they provided. As someone else mentioned, PayPal doesn't verify whether the SSN a user-provided is real or not; they just make sure the document they received looks legit (and yes, if you're curious, it is a form of identity theft).

In as long as you don't use your account illegal stuff. You're on the safer side

I suppose you d be using your own SSN and documents if you re not into illegal stuff, as I do.

they are well-edited pics with photoshop,
I use @Easystealth service and it works every time

idk about cash plus accounts, but that will be basically stealing, so if you get caught, you'll end up in jail
I use a stealth account because PayPal is banned in my country

What country do you live in? And you can't withdraw to your bank, only pay for services?

yeah ssn avilable every where paypal are not verifying the ssn just seeing the document if it looks legit

Lol, those are easily done, I'm my self have more than 9k SSN in a sheet just lying, my advice is: do not type your SSN anywhere, personally I won't even bother to type it into my Paypal account, just verify your paypal with a VCC and that's all you need

FInd out what happend to secondeye.I have read some threads here.. Many users here i see use fake paypals ..outsourcing docs to create ebays etc.. But seems its a big crimanals to law guys. Stay away from those!

Alright so I had to know, and now I know the money laundering theory I had is not possible Basically. I tried to add cash to my own PayPal Cash Plus account, verified with my SSN and all my legit docs. I have never faked docs or used any other SSN so far, and will probably keep it that way


Basically they scan your drivers license, double check your address and have to go through many steps for you to add cash, even if you obviously use your own PayPal Account. So a stealth account won't work, unless you have the fake drivers license to scan, that has the same address as the PP account etc.

The security is stricter than I suspected. As far as fees go, it's about $4 to add cash. $500 max in one transfer, $1500 per day max and $5000 per month.

That's the current limit. Cheaper to drop it in your bank account and use that to fund Paypal. Although the fee isn't high, it's a hassle to add cash. But I had to try lol.
