Place cookies on install

Like many of you I have been successful when it comes to stuffing cookies but I would like to take it to the next level.

I would like to be able to place a cookie on a users workstation via software installation (for example I know a lot of users use torrents and just attach the PPI to run on extraction of the rar/zip file.

Now I have some experience with create batches but I'm not sure if I could do this silently and plus I do know what information to pass.

Any ideas or suggestions?

i could code it for you if you shoot me a few bucks. will just need cookie examples and need to know what the target browsers are. could even make it automatically restuff if they get deleted.
