Can someone please help me with this issue? (related to freelancer.com)

So, freelancer.com kind of took my profile down and it even vanished when I checked in the incognito tab. But then I logged out and went though the forgot password procedure and the profile was back up. My question is that is this just a bug in their system? In the smartphone app, some error is still being shown. I have been working on that platform from the last 2 years and this is bizarre. Is my profile still suspended? (I checked in incognito, it is back up). Will I be able to withdraw my earnings now?

Or is the account lost? Any kind of help is appreciated. I am fucked if the account is suspended and I am just getting access because of some bug. Also, what I did before this happened was to ask a client to create an hourly project instead of awarding the fixed one as fixed ones have upfront fee. That is the context. Please help me folks.
