MarketHealth Steps Away From Free Trial Offers?

"There is a witch hunt by Visa/Mastercard on Free Trials going on at the moment. All Free Trials have been turned into a Lifetime Supply Offer with a $50 CPA. We are currently in a Free Trial approval process with the banks and will be releasing new free trial offers as soon as possible."

That's interesting, seeing that none of the free trial offers I'm promoting from other networks have come under fire. I wonder if it's just MH that ran into a problem due to all the publicity about their products being scams and garbage?

They received a surge of new affiliates and tons of shady promoters since they just allow anyone to sign up

There products aren't up to par either

I bet MH has had a bunch of customers who complained about being rebilled for free offers where they refused to stop billing and or refunds. I know of at least one complaint at ripoffreport.com where a customer asked them to stop billing her and MH continued to do it.

When you want to act as an asshole your company rep can get hurt big time. Not only do affiliates hate MH but the customers are being ripped a new one and the mass flood of complaints have attributed to this kind of problem.

No wonder they have lost the privs.

They re garbage I spent my cash on them and they were unable to credit to me with not even a single sale!! @#!**$

I just recently signed up with them because they had a few exclusive products that seemed to have good conversions but I haven't started promoting them yet. With all the bad reviews I've read here as well as on other sites, I may just skip this network. So far, AZN has been the best for our applications.

In the past you couldnt bother to reply to many of my emails. Well thats ok. Im happy with the networks i am atm.

It's good to know you're on this forum reading and defending your company instead of training your affiliate managers to respond to emails in a timely fashion and taking steps to improve the quality of your network. From what I've been reading, the general consensus is that Market Health was once a good network but as of late, has taken a wrong turn somewhere. I can only speak for my own experiences which recently have been dismal at best, with a lot of very questionable practices by your company and extremely poor customer service from your affiliate managers. I stopped promoting your offers in January and have since moved to another health and beauty network where I have been treated VERY well and have no complaints. Who knows, six months from now, they may decide to change the game too but until then, they have earned my business.

It's not an affiliate's job to call you and let you know your affiliate managers are not doing their jobs. As one of the owners, it's YOUR job to police your company, call your top affiliates, find out what is going on and see what you can do to improve. That's how I keep my best customers and feed my family. The market is very competitive and it's much easier for me to just switch to another network rather than try to track you down and find out why you're not doing a better job of managing your people and your technology.

It's not hard to figure out what keeps affiliates happy...MONEY! That's why we do this. When your network starts taking money out of pockets, whether intentional or otherwise, affiliates move on. Sprinkle a little bad customer service on top and mix in some competition, you have the perfect recipe for losing your affiliates. It's not rocket science.
