BTC: 46,000 within 48 hours?

Looks like I was out by a week.

@MisterF @onlinemarketer12

Only an opinion: $46,000 is a significant turning point (the reason I created this thread in the first place). Might not be a bad idea reentering there or the equivalent on other cryptoassets.

I was just going to reply to say this wasn't too far off.

1/2 $Trillion wiped off and there's the Turkish exchange done a runner with possible $2Billion at risk there too.

Well this may or may not help.

The pattern this is following is basically 5 steps up and 3 steps down:

We're now at A, we just left 5.

So what should happen is a bounce somewhere near now (I'm thinking $46,000 as mentioned) and then it should come back up over the course of maybe 2 or 3 days, but not back up to the last peak, and then should come down lower than $46,000 next.

The most important thing if this happens is that the point called C is the beginning of a brand new wave.

Meaning that investing at C should be critically important because the next upward run will begin and it will go much higher than $64,000.

Research Elliot Wave. Shouldn't be used exclusively but in conjunction with other confirmation tools like fibonacci retracement and trend lines and RSI and accum/dist.

So what do think the price when we will be at C? $40k? If yes, is it the right time to buy some alts as markets would be bottoming out by then?

Still going mate. Give it another day or so.

Yeah that's why centralized exchanges will become a thing of the past as decentralized exchanges become more sophisticated.

The owners of Uniswap couldn't steal all of the liquidity there even if they wanted to.

Yeah $40,000 is what I would guess for BTC. I'm trading CAKE primarily and my final target after we get down to A then up to B and then down to C will be $18.

Reentering at that point is critically important.

Looking to see if BTC peels down hard from here over the next 12 hours. Looking like a pretty strong possibility.

I do like reading your threads because at least you back things up with a reason.
I know little to none about coins but trying to learn.
So I ignore most “investment threads” when people plug a coin because it’s got the same name as their cat so it can’t fail.

Doubt. It seems like they've accumulated enough longs at cheap price and a rising pattern is being formed at the 1H chart now.

I think it will be the other way once the Asian session starts tonight.

What are we waiting now is the price to move and close above the 50 EMA at the 1H chart, bounce back from it, form a base and continue up.

I may be wrong, but I'll be OK with that, because I'm waiting for confirmations before taking a trade.

Not a financial advise.

It has bounced back again to 52000. Do you still think it will go down and touch 40k before taking off again?

Wait to see if the price bounces back up once it reaches down the 50d EMA at the hourly chart. If it does then it will probably continue up. If it doesn't, then it will probably go down more.

Just don't take trades till you get the confirmation.

Not a financial advise.

I strongly didn't think it would come up as fast as it has and so to be totally honest I'm wondering that myself. In fact this recent move is pretty much the polar opposite of what I thought would happen.

It was moving back down towards $48,000 and I thought then it would keep going. This has been quite a strong push.

I would wait a few days and if it's rising i would buy into it. What if it goes even lower?

When you truly understand how liquidity works you will understand the market psychology. Then you'll start to expect and wait for those moments instead of being surprised by them.

I'm currently trying to truly understand the liquidity game and the psychology behind it and my believes about the markets had really changed since.

I was thinking that technical analysis and news analysis were the most important tools to project the price movement, but boy was I wrong. It's 90% psychology and 10% to validate that psychology with TA and news analysis.

Once I started applying mostly psychology to my trades I'm winning at 70-80% of them.

Not a financial advise. Don't sue me :D

No I was waiting for less than $48,000 again, based precisely on psychology confirmed with TA.

Not all price actions in the market are predictable, no matter what level of understanding of trading you have. I'm often surprised by things that happen and obviously many (all?) other professional traders are as well.

I mean if no one was ever surprised by things that take place, all traders would have 100% successful trades wouldn't they? (which by definition is impossible anyway)

It's obvious most of the traders don't expect this kind of movements .That's why 95% of the traders are at loss most of the times.

You seem like you belong to the other 5% :D

I was just giving you something to think about.

Just observe these several things

- How price moves below or above 50d and 200d EMA at the 4h, 1h, 15m and 1m charts

- How the max pain affects price closing when options and features expire

- How the fear and greed index affects the price at monthly lows and highs

Peace.
