I’m in the process of make a manga website. My budget is tight and would like to know what the best cheap storage vps or CDN with good storage capacity.
I use bunny.net and it's pretty cheap. I deposited like $30 last year and I still have $10+.
Thanks I’ll check it out! If it ok can you tell me how much storage you’ve used?
No problem.
Thanks for the detailed report! My website could hold up to 50GB+. I’m now trying out the 14 day trial to see if it’s good and cheap.![]()
contabo.com is the cheapest vps provider that I use.I’m in the process of make a manga website. My budget is tight and would like to know what the best cheap storage vps or CDN with good storage capacity.
+1 for BunnyCDN. I don't understand how you're getting charged so much, @tazarbm .no idea what CDNs usually cost but I use bunny.net and it's pretty cheap. I deposited like $30 last year and I still have $10+. But I also get very little traffic to my sites, so this probably contributes to the cheapness![]()
Now I understand why they're charging more than they used to. They have changed their billing model and now charge a minimum of $1 per month. No problem. But I lied about the cost, unintentionally obviously. I have actually deposited $20 (once in July 2020 and then in January 2021), but as I don't keep track of these things I misinformed you. Oh well...
Anyway, I've posted a few screenshot of my bunny.net account below. Make of that what you will, just don't ask me for details cause I don't know shit. I'm not tech-savvy, I just use a CDN because I've heard everyone saying that they're good.... Currently, I have 3 domains and 1 subdomain added to my bunny account, but those websites barely get a few visitors a month in total, which again, might be why my costs are so low and this CDN might actually be rather expensive. I really don't know how this stuff works, so you do the math and draw your own conclusions.
The first image is my billing history, 2nd screenshot is the account overview (the home page of my bunny.net member's area), 3rd screenshot is the pull zones, and 4th one is the stats tab, but only for the previous month since - apparently - this is the month that cost me the most money so far ($1.57) as you can see from the billing screenshot (the 1st image in this post).

Lucky you, mine is alot higher, I also use bunny CDN, they are pretty solid. I always paid more than $1 per month since i cache over 100gb+ per siteNo problem. I wouldn't know cause I'm pretty new to CDNs in general, and to BunnyCDN in particular. However, $1 a month is not much for most people... I think....Now I understand why they're charging more than they used to. They have changed their billing model and now charge a minimum of $1 per month.
may I know how much you are paying exactly?Lucky you, mine is alot higher, I also use bunny CDN, they are pretty solid. I always paid more than $1 per month since i cache over 100gb+ per site![]()
For your storage needs, I would strongly suggest https://time4vps.com , they are based in Europe and you can get a dedicated 1Gbps port for your storage VPS.I’m in the process of make a manga website.
