There is no problem with the phone number But I tried with more than 20 Android devices and 18 of them had this problem I also think this is a bug and should be fixed

It's the IMEI, also, as I know there are some codes as for the region, country and even the carrier

I agree, the problem is global. API limits drastically decreased. IG black hat methods have been acting up massively the last few days but it should eventually go back to normal is it usually does.
