Hello Family!

People often ask me how did I change so much in the recent 2 years and how do I have the drive to work so hard.
It is quite simple, to be honest, if you have the energy and the mindset then nothing seems to be hard.
Even working out 2x a day becomes easy.

So how do you reach the state of mind where it seems that nothing is impossible?

-First, you have to remove as many distractions as possible (try putting the phone aside since I found out that was one of my biggest distractions).
-Second, try to practice mindfulness (meditate 2x a day) for a short time (10-15min).

-Third, focus only on the task you are doing at the moment until you finish.

-Fourth, this is the big one... start a day with the morning routine. Mine looks something like that:
wake up -> drink 0.5l water -> read affirmations -> workout for 20minutes -> take 3minutes cold shower -> 15 minutes of meditation -> read 10 pages of book -> healthy breakfast & coffee & 100% orange juice...

-Workout every day as it builds up your character!

-Set short term and long term goals

-Watch what you eat & drink! Very important

I think those are the first steps for your personal development and cure for procrastination.

Income will not far exceed personal development sometimes it takes a lucky jump, but unless you learn to handle the responsibilities that come with it, it will usually shrink back to the amount you can handle.

That is the challenge that I do for the last 2 years:

Pretty nice share I must say,
keeping up with almost all of these habits will make great improvements for sure :)
4L of water seems too much tho, 2.5L seems a good target to me

My dog is now a lion after reading this. Thanks for the nuggets though, truly inspiring :)
