Is there anyone creating bulk Twitter accounts, using them for long without phone verification?

If yes, how do you do it, because currently, I face phone verification quite a bit, even from the Twitter app itself.....Any thoughts?

it is not possible , even if you are able to run twitter without phone notification , when you follow somebody you will not appear in his notifications

Maybe network of users connected by the twitter api? I've seen sites that allow you to authroize through api and you get few 10's of folllowers and also following on your behalf
also , you are able to follow , it just wont show up as notificaiton

Not going to happen, the phone verification is doing exactly what it is intended to do - stopping you doing what you are wanting todo.
