Muri is puffed rice... Chop is..umm.. hard to describe... For example scotch egg.. yours look more like pakoda though.

I can make a mean burger with my cast iron pan, chuck beef 80/20 with caramelized onions, fried tomato, and iceberg Lettice all beautifully placed on a toasted brioche bun

I really enjoy cooking. I have alway lived alone so needed to learn and entertain a lot.
I also enjoy trying and trying to cook food from different countries.
Saying that it’s always nice to go out and have nice food and no worries about cleaning up.
