I would simply go with an ffmpeg command from the terminal/CLI. You can overlay a transparent PNG in a corner with padding, and voila.

To mass apply, write a for loop using Powershell's language, or bash and a unix terminal.

Search stackoverflow for this ffmpeg command. Take some time to understand what it is doing. Incredibly powerful tool.

Done some research on it already.

I hope to figure out how to use it, as it will make my life so much easier.

Once the watermarking is done, then I just need to fill my site with some content, do the last bit of changes on the site.. And then I am ready to publish and get going

I launched my automated tube site about a week ago, and im getting about 30+ users daily on it.
I just posted it on Twitter and then not really anything else.
(Its an old tube site I ran which had like 50 users a day or so, now its just fully automated with WPscript, PM me for referal code xD)

My main niche site is due to launch this weekend once I have filled it up with some content and prepaired all SoMe channels and such.

BTW I think others are using BunnyCDN. You can upload the videos there and link them from your site. It's pretty cheap and takes a big load off your server.

Don't bother with bunnycdn, I had some prick claim DMCA as child porn. These people that issue DMCAs are becoming real sly fuckers these days, when the DMCA notice gets ignored..they try lie and resort to the child porn route.

Another quick update.

I found a developer who has made a program for me which is able to watermark Webms and visually no loss of quality.
And the size of the content is pretty much the same as before.

Yeah, I went away from the idea of using a CDN.
I will just rely on my own servers(from a host, not self hosted) and bandwidth.

I am going to use @wirestyle's advice and I wont disclose my host.
But it ignores DMCA and seems to be pretty good.
Got a nice custom deal with them

HUGE update!!!

So, I found a developer who has actually able to make a FFMpeg converter that worked.
Cost me next to nothing, amazing developer.

It only ads 2%-3% to the size of the video, and a tiny loss of quality, but not really anything you notice.

Now I am pretty much ready to get started with pumping my site full of content and start promoting it

Depends on monitization method I guess.
Different niches have different value.

But im going to spend some time and build up my site without ads for a while. Once I have a stable amount of users, then ill start testing monitization options.

Just an idea.

Pick 10 videos you think are top tier, and write long, detailed descriptions (200-300 words).

30 videos with 80-100 words.

60 videos with 120-160 characters.

And for the rest, just make sure the title is unique and you have tags and a category.

Ensure your experiment pages are indexed by Google. You can submit pages manually via the Search Console. Wait a week or two for the results.

In the meantime - as always - check what others are doing. What I usually see is what I just described, but maybe you find a better strategy.

I hate writing descriptions, so I am generating around 100 words for each video based on the tags, but ranking is either too slow, or my text is shit. No good results so far.

If you have a good description of the video, you can also have 10 - 15 good positions on a few hot kwds.
