Sandbox is all about, for not being penalized for being new but penalized for having less number of links.
Optimize your Domain well, and build a whole lot of links through various forum posting, blog commenting, article marketing, and all possible ways. Construct a meaningful content on your site with minimum 60,000 words.

I totally agree, one of my websites boosted very fast after I put it in iframe on my other website, it take from me two week to rank it very well .
