cannot create instagram account - banned

I have been using profilebud to scrape instagram emails and my ip has been flagged by instagram.
I can't even create a new account now.
It flags me immediately.
I was using a vpn but its still flagging me.
Is the VPN not hiding my ip address or is instagram using a different method of detecting me?

Hello, I think you have to create from a stable dedicated proxy.

You can create a new user to your pc
add proxy in your browser ( firefox)
create new free email outlook.com
then create with this email the new instagram account.

I did exactly what was suggested above and when i went to create a new account with the outlook email
i got the same messgae to say that they have nticed suspicious activity with my account!!

Anything else i can try?

First you need to clean your pc with properly, then use 911 VPN (Proxy) and use gmail for signup. This VPN/Proxy is very helpful. I hope you will get solution with this way.

VPN does hide your IP address yes but with VPN, you're giving away to IG and all other social media platform that you're the person using a VPN to access an account and VPN IPs are by default blacklisted by social media platforms. So as soon as they see someone using that IP, boom goes a series of bans.
Wise to use 4G mobile proxies when you're going for account creation. Proxies that connect via mobile phones to true cell phone towers are the real deal since they mask your IP in the right way and imply to social media platforms that indeed a human being is running that account using their phone. Minimizes the possibilities of bans to some extent.
