I think he made it by two ways.
1) may be he had used screen recorder to give bloof.
2) or he had used the medical sex probably.

But do not try to copy others content or same title.

I have seen some playlist channels, they usually get closed after a month or say.
But they will keep making it.
May be add some videos first and make normal playlist first and later covert to these types
