Creating new Google Ads account using friends aged gmail

Hello,

I am looking to create completely new Google Ads account using my friends info, I will also be using brand new lap top as well as new sim card for internet connection.

However, my friend was connected to my Wi Fi 1-2 times and shared the IP with my previously suspended Google Ads account, so, if I was to use my friends Gmail with new lap top and internet connection, will Google be able to still link my current account and that new account?

Also, I will be using brand new CC to pay for Google Ads, with my name on it, but unique digits, I assume this also shouldn't be the problem since Google only cares about CC digits in order to link the accounts?

if your friend had the Gmail in question logged in on the phone then yes they will be able to detect you. and as for the cc part it's true that they don't care for the name in the cc but they do check the billing of a cc. so if you are not using a cc with the billing + number changed then you will most definitely be blocked again.

For the billing part of the CC, when I enter the details of my CC on Google Ads, I can choose any billing address I want?Right?

Also, what if my friend created another Gmail account, using their IP address, will Google be able to link the accounts again? Assuming that he won't be using my WiFi after the gmail has been created.

first, you can't use any mismatched billing info when adding a cc. it has to be accurately matched with the one attached to the cc. otherwise your account will end in about a few minutes after creating it. the good old days simply doesn't exist anymore.

second, what you just said would've worked if Google hadn't blocked new gmails from doing it by default. i recommend making the Gmail at least 15-30 days old first then create ads account. your best bet would be to purchase such fresh old gmails from Gmail vendors.

also bank issued cc can't use random name and address cause they are avs cards and gogole easy grab info from your card issuers, so if any mismatch on your billing the account will instantly suspend by showing suspicious payment activity error.

Ok, but lets say different people have same billing address(live in the same building), but they have different names on CC, obviously.

Also, are you 100% that whoever logs into my WiFi, even for 1 minute, that there will be problem with Google Ads? What if they are WhiteHat,they shouldn't be suspended right?

So, if I open a company (Any name, but the billing address is the same), and use company's CC, there shouldn't be any issues?

google ads are very strict these days. so most likely they will suspend your account. but if your account is 100% white hat then you can always appeal for your suspended account and if they ask for additional verification you can simply complete them and your account will come back from the dead.

I forgot to mention ,that only my Google Merchant account is suspended, while original account remains active, does this change anything?
