how do I start my own crypto exchange. I am looking to get into the business and looking for resources and guidance anywhere I can. I want to give a platform to the people where they can trade crypto. More like binance. How can I make a trade platform like Binance?

I am eyeing at around 75k to invest. So that another 25k can be done as well but I have no clue as to what to do next ) I got the capital.

100% correct. Depending on the jurisdiction you will be operating out of you need to know the lay of the land and what your potential liabilities, taxes, etc may be. It's an ambitious goal and best of luck on your journey.

Who would seriously use an unlicensed service for currencies that are untraceable and can be easily used for money laundering?

Same as with bookmakers licences, but you need to use common sense.

Would you use a service with their licence from say Yemen or Somalia?

I'd rather get a licence from Isle Of Man or Malta than some tinpot country that's corrupt and runs the risk of civil war and a coup.

If you are speaking to a lawyer, use his common sense.

it cant be all that complicated. there has to be a process to follow. most exchanges are the same thing over and over.

once you verify users with documents and selfies , otp to use cc, its hard to fraud.

i doubt it will be so much to start.
