Cant upload a custom bord cover image?

I want to upload a custom design board cover design for a Pinterest board.
But I can not find the + sign. Pinterest instruction states:
"

1. Edit the board name, description and dates, or click the plus icon to update your board cover"

Which + icon do you mean? I can not find it anywhere.
