What service do you use/recommend for tier 2 links?

I found a bunch of old, decently aged tier 1 links and was looking to push some juice toward them.

Can you guys recommend a good service to use?

Any service that can give a good indexing rate,
I would go for web 2.0s, web 2.0s profile links, etc... using rankerx and use GSA service if you don't have your own list,
I don't think there are plenty of them, so you can ask for samples, indexing rates and make your decision based on that
you can use some cheap PBNs as well for that, like @eatingMemory service

with all the indexing issues people are facing, you will have problems from using any tools for you tier 2

when you say you found bunch.... how many are we talking about?

You can opt for spun edit PBN for tier 2.
Or else, if you use guest post for tier 1, then you can go for cheap PBNs for tier 2.

then, treat them as money site!!! meaning don't use any tools to build links to them

create an excel, and start creating manual links to these tier 1s. document sharing sites, url shortners, and other web 2.0. then perhaps you can send shitty links as tier 3 to these new manually created tier 2s.

Try to find someone with GSA and go for tier 2 and tier 3. In tier 2 use profiles, bookmarks, url shortners, wiki, articles, forums and for tier 3 go for mix and spam
