anyway, you can use blog comments, social shares from some aged accounts and ping a sitemap with your links included to get them indexed

From my experience the last 2 month, no service I tried (free and paid) helped indexing.
Getting some contextual bl with GSA SER made some, but not all, being indexed.
I decided to wait...

Let them indexing by their own and make sure that you are using good quality contents. maximum it will take two days if it were in good position.
otherwise you can use indexing services, you can try with SpeedLinks.
