Problem joining Impact Radius Marketplace

I have applied for an impact radius 3-4 months ago and also got approved by them. But, I cannot access their marketplace. Actually, on my account, I don't have any option to go to the marketplace and when I click on join marketplace it shows awaiting approval, and then I don't get any update, and again the next day I have to apply for the marketplace.

Please help me as I wants to join canva, big commerce and invideo affiliate programs.
