Using company's CC to pay for Google Ads - same billing address

Hello,

Will Google be able to link the accounts if I have a company's CC registered to my name, the only thing that might be causing issue is that company's CC has the same billing address as CC on my previously used Google Ads account , everything else is different(I am using aged gmail, new IP, new device for creating account etc.).

Is this enough for Google to link 2 accounts?
